"Stop and listen." Regain the power of self-awareness through writing
"Let my heart be a small pom pom Even if there is not much left in life, I still invest every day Let me think about tolerance Let me understand the silence of others" ~ Li Jinwen〈Year-end Prayer〉 In life, we will face many things, get used to some rhythms and rules, but sometimes feel far away from our inner heart. What is your heart being touched by right now? Is it irritable or happy? Just like what this poem describes, the heart is like a pom pom, carrying a lot for us invisibly, which may be feelings that we don’t usually notice, or ideas that we have always cared about but have not yet formed, which are stored but seem to be invisible. This event invites you to let your heart speak and unveil the curtain of your inner self through writing. This activity will be conducted through writing combined with body relaxation techniques, using text and poetry to conduct self-dialogue. Let us calm down and stop for a moment and listen together.

About the event
